Client Responsibilities The client agrees to: Provide all content (text, images, logo, information) needed for the website Respond to emails and revision requests on time Review the website and request changes during the revision period Ensure they have legal rights to use all content provided We are not responsible for project delays caused by the client.

6. Website Delivery and Ownership The website becomes the client’s property only after full payment is received. Until full payment is completed, WebDev Neo retains ownership of the website files and design.
