At WebDevneoo, we strive to provide high-quality web design and web development services. Due to the nature of digital services, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Deposit Payments
All initial deposits are non-refundable once the project has started. The deposit covers project planning, research, and initial design work.
2. Project Cancellation
If the client decides to cancel the project after work has started, no refund will be issued for the work already completed. Any remaining balance for unfinished work will not be charged.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
- If we are unable to complete the project
- If the project has not been started yet
- If there is a technical issue from our side that prevents project delivery
4. Revisions Instead of Refunds
We offer revisions to ensure client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the design or development, we will work on revisions based on the agreed project scope.
5. Hosting, Domain, and Third-Party Services
Payments made for hosting, domain names, plugins, themes, or third-party services are non-refundable because these services are purchased from external providers.
